We are here for you!
Our office hours are Monday through Friday mornings 7:30 am until 1:00 pm and evenings 2:30 until 6:00 pm. Our doors are locked between 1:00 and 2:30 pm but your phones calls will still be answered and emergencies can be seen by a DVM. We are also here Saturday mornings from 7:30 am until 1:00 pm.
We open the doors at 7:30 am weekdays to admit our boarders and our scheduled surgeries and grooms. Surgeries and grooms are requested to be here by 9:00 am.
Doctors Hours
Our Doctors hours are weekdays from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.
We schedule appointments for clients to see a Doctor from 9:00 am until 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm until 5:30 pm weekdays. Walk-ins are welcome and are seen between appointments.
Saturdays are walk-ins only and the Doctors see clients from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.
Our appointments are seen first (unless we have an emergency), thus it is more convenient and less waiting if you have an appointment. We do take emergencies first (before appointments and walk-ins) and ask that you be patient if we get behind. We will do our best to get you registered and seen by a Doctor as quickly as possible. We never know what's going to happen and when a pet will need our immediate attention.
If you can't be here during our regular Doctors hours but need your pet examined we can help. You can leave them with us in the mornings between 7:30 and 9:00 am and pick up after 3:00 pm the same day.
If your pet is extremely sick or injured you will be asked to stay until a Doctor can examine your pet and discuss diagnosis and treatment with you.
After-hours emergency care is available for our clients.
If our Veterinarians are not available your calls will be transferred to an emergency clinic.
